We are looking for Paid Media and Growth Strategy Manager to lead both paid advertising and organic social media strategies for music releases. This role will focus on maximizing visibility, engagement, and performance through well-executed campaigns across digital ads, alternative platforms, and social media communications.
This position requires expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, media buying, content strategy, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, social media trends, and advertising best practices to drive impactful marketing campaigns for artists and releases.
What you\'ll do
Digital Ads & Paid Media:
- Create strategic, well-researched media plans to support new releases, tours or other important objectives with focus on long term impact and goal-driven results. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Spotify, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Implement campaigns on alternative platforms (Amazon, Uber, etc.) as needed.
- Develop and manage Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including digital billboards, murals and special street activations.
- Negotiate with vendors to determine costs, timelines, and ad frequencies for media placements.
- Analyze ad performance and provide real-time adjustments to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Work with the Finance team to reconcile advertising expenses and ensure budget efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and audience reach.
- Ensure proper reporting and visualization of campaign results in Datorama.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to support music releases and artist branding.
- Align paid media efforts with organic content to create an integrated digital presence.
- Create and oversee content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Work closely with content creators, influencers, and artist teams to amplify engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and audience behavior to refine communication strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with platforms to maximize organic and paid reach.
- Ensure synergy between social media messaging, advertising placements, and artist branding.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, and social media strategy, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Ad Studio, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience managing OOH advertising and working with media vendors.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics, with expertise in Datorama or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent negotiation skills for working with vendors and media partners.
- Strong understanding of music industry trends, audience targeting, and digital marketing innovations.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
