Formación

We want to be the one stop shop, offering solutions that cover all aspects of international eCommerce for our clients (Cross Border eCommerce and selling on local Online Marketplaces). We provide these solutions as App's (SaaS), managed services and agency services in the areas of technology, logistics, content, marketing, and compliance. Our teams delivering these services are located in offices in the main eCommerce markets. To further deliver on our vision, we are looking for a Manager Online Sales and Lead Generation (B2B) for our team in Guadalajara.

The Position: This role has the ultimate responsibility for our online lead generation and streamlining of the online acquisition process that eventually leads to online sales of our service to US based brands. You will personally drive results, help refining our online strategy and run the required activities. You will be the first member of the online marketing team. The team will grow with the results it generates. We're looking for someone who's whip-smart and knows how to get results while having fun along the way. You see marketing as art and science and marry quantitative and qualitative analysis with creativity to build high-performing campaigns and programs. Ideally you have worked in an online B2B marketing agency or as an acquisition manager for a SaaS /App based business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own our B2B lead generation strategy and execution to grow our US based client's base.
  • Plan and run eMail and Social Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Optimize our website, App Store and Service Marketplace listings and reputation to improve conversion and drive organic traffic (SEM).
  • Test and implement paid search strategy for App and Service Marketplaces.
  • Work with Content Management to develop powerful campaign messages.
  • Work with the Lead Closing Manager to handover generated leads that require nurturing.
  • Optimize the online client journey to enable online sales.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product Development, Lead Generation and Client Services Teams.
  • Discover new niche markets and marketing channels.
  • Improve and further develop our Partner Program.
  • Constantly analyze and optimize performance.
  • Implement marketing automation and tracking tools.
  • Develop KPI framework and create actionable reports.
Qualifications
  • BS or advanced degree in Online Marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and the confidence that you can do the same in the US market.
  • 2+ years' experience in:
    • eMail
    • social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, blogs)
    • SEO
    • SEM
    • Online Service Marketplaces and
    • App Stores
    • Lead generation (B2B)
  • Experience with online marketing and analytic tools.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Automation and Online Marketing tools.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Superb written English communication.
  • You lived abroad or have experience in international business environments.
  • You have a high level of energy, passion, and persistency.
  • You are solution focused and have a positive attitude towards solving challenges.
