Role Summary

The Google Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our paid advertising campaigns across a subset of client accounts.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, displays an aptitude for task management, and possesses in-depth knowledge of Google Ads.

This role requires a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns across multiple clients simultaneously with a total budget exceeding $1M per year.

Consistently delivering high-performing ad campaigns that exceed our benchmark KPIs.

Achieving increased lead volume and reduced cost-per-lead for client accounts.

Continuously finding opportunities to improve campaign performance through data‑driven analysis and innovative strategies.

Acting as a product expert both internally and client‑facing, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and Google Ads best practices.

Providing effective communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across accounts with a total budget of $50,000-$150,000 per month.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and advise on landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Set up reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for the Client Success Team.
  • Provide insightful budget recommendations using Google's Keyword Planner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a US university.
  • ~3+ years of proven success managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Ads Editor, Google Analytics, SEMRush, SpyFu, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional / fluent English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with dental practices or in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with other PPC platforms like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to PPC.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Google Ads certification(s).
Salary & Benefits

$25,000 - $40,000 USD per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)
