Job Description

Coordinate the logistics quality function with focus on customer and supplier complaint management, logistics FMEA, improvement of logistics processes and work instructions. Additionally, coaching of LOG associates in Quality methodologies, focus on problem solving.

1. Management of Logistics-FMEA and control plans (15%)
2. Complaint management incl. JuP1/LOG internal follow-up with (8Ds, QCs, PSS, PDCAs) (25%)
3. Improvement of LOG processes and process documentation (15%)
4. Support in / lead of customer audits (10%)
5. Q2 complaint management with JuP1 material suppliers (10%)
6. General topics (Detective controls, data retention, compliance, etc.) (5%)
7. Problem solving champion in LOG (10%)
8. Ad-hoc tasks (10%)

Qualifications

• Professional Degree
• Advanced English
• Experience in quality methods and tools (FMEA, 8D, IQIS, Q2, PDCA, PSS)
• Good leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Good coaching skills
• Can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.
