A leading global technology company is offering a full-time position in their Accelerate Development Trainee Program focused on logistics. This 18 to 24-month program is designed for visionary leaders ready to excel in global supply chain management. Candidates will gain exposure to Bosch products and processes while developing skills in Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management. By the end of the program, successful trainees will transition into a role as Process & Operations Engineers, supported by high-level mentorship and guaranteed career acceleration.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles.
• Drive digital transformation and sustainability in logistics.
• Lead the transition into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.
