This role is a Legal Counsel position based in Mexico, primarily focused on labor and employment advisory, while also providing general legal support across the region (including Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, and Argentina).
The Counsel will act as a strategic business partner to the company's internal departments, offering legal advice and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
This includes providing guidance on labor relations, compliance investigations, corporate matters, and governance topics.This role reports to the Legal Leader for Latin America, and collaborates closely with Human Resources, Finance, and regional business leaders within the BPO project.
