This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, overseeing payroll compliance, and ensuring accurate reporting. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in IMMEX environments and be fluent in both MXP and USD financial regulations. The position is full-time onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience in IMMEX / maquiladora operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reporting cycles.
• Experience with payroll processes and maintaining compliance with Mexican regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping.
• Process payroll using TRESS payroll software.
• Ensure all obligations under the IMMEX program are met accurately.

Conocimientos

Accounting experience in IMMEX / maquiladora operations

Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations

Ability to prepare financial statements in MXP and USD

Intermediate–advanced English
