A leading vacation rental management service provider is seeking a Vacation Rental Revenue Manager for its LATAM operations. This role involves producing pricing strategies, analyzing market data, and ensuring optimal pricing adjustments across various channels. Candidates should possess revenue management experience or strong qualifications in Mathematics and Data Science, along with fluency in Spanish and English. You will work closely with Account Managers and contribute to the development of revenue management practices while exceeding revenue targets.

Formación

• Proven experience in Hotels or Vacation Rental Revenue Management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with dynamic pricing tools like Pricelabs.
• Comfortable explaining Revenue Management concepts and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and present pricing strategy proposals based on market data.
• Manage rates, minimum stays, and promotions across all channels.
• Monitor and perform variance analysis of KPIs for each property.
• Communicate pricing strategy with clients and Team.
