A leading biotechnology firm is seeking a LatAm Legal Monitoring and Transparency Reporting Senior Specialist based in Mexico. This role involves overseeing compliance monitoring efforts across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and strong communication skills in Spanish and English. The position focuses on collaboration, compliance strategy, and the development of monitoring frameworks to uphold legal standards across the region.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance priorities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support multi-faceted monitoring strategies in LATAM.
• Report compliance-related metrics from monitoring.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams for training content.

Conocimientos

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

Knowledge of anti-kickback / anti-bribery laws

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

Ability to exercise judgment in ambiguous situations

Educación

Bachelor's degree
