The overall function or purpose of the job is to manage commercial access of high specialty molecules in public & private institutions in Mexico, supporting the development and execution of access strategies, establishing long-term relationships, and focusing on decentralized and centralized public institutions with field work.

Responsibilities

• Align strategies with Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Distributor teams, and institutional clients to include products in medicine catalogs.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels in institutions.
• Manage documentation and fulfill institutional requirements.
• Develop and implement account plans for key customers, including value-added programs.
• Establish long-term relationships with payors and stakeholders (IMSS, ISSSTE, PEMEX, SEMAR, SEDENA, etc).
• Map critical processes related to budgeting and reimbursement.
• Collaborate to reduce access barriers through monitoring work plans.
• Strengthen relationships with public institutions to ensure patient therapy continuity.
• Navigate market initiatives, trends, and policies to identify opportunities and barriers.
• Develop projects for access expansion with various sources.
• Analyze reimbursement policies' implications with the team.
• Understand health economics and clinical implications, sharing customer requests.
• Adhere to corporate policies and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships internally and externally.
• Innovate to create new models and programs for business support.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• At least 3 years managing high-cost products in public institutions.
• Over 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills, especially with Mexican health institutions.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican health system and access/purchase processes.
