Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Resolve account issues proactively to prevent escalations.
  • Monitor account health, KPIs, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, inventory, and operations.
  • Manage daily account tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide clients with performance reports and improvement insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Minimum 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive account management.
  • Highly organized, capable of handling multiple accounts.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with teams.
  • Includes a 90-day probation period.
