The Remote Construction Engineer plays a key role in leading, coordinating, and supporting technical topics and solutions within the Network Implementation organization. This role is responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers in alignment with Ericsson's standards and the customer contract. Key responsibilities include oversight of technical execution across stakeholders, budget ownership and cost control, and ensuring all work complies with project OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferred), or related fields such as IT, Systems, or Architecture.

• Experience working on projects, especially in management or coordination roles.
• Background in Incident Management (IM) or similar roles.
