Responsibilities

The Jr. Content Designer is a specialist role focused on creating visual materials across print, digital, and motion formats. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design software, the ability to develop graphics from scratch, and the skills to edit and refine existing creative assets.

This role requires consistency and attention to detail while following established creative processes. The Jr. Content Designer will also support the adaptation and versioning of existing brand assets to meet customer and consumer needs.

Your Impact

  • Participate in brainstorming and concept development as part of the creative team.
  • Design low‑complexity projects from scratch.
  • Create visually engaging presentations for internal Marketing use.
  • Support the development of design materials such as graphics, assets, mockups, and photo retouching.
  • Adapt existing Key Visuals or Brand Guidelines into formats such as Digital Ads, POS materials, and other touchpoints.
  • Deliver simple print‑ready artworks when required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, staying organized and responsive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Apply feedback constructively to continuously improve design output.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • At least 6 months of design experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects with real deliverables).
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience creating digital banners or similar marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color) and the creative process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a creative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
  • A creative portfolio (online or PDF) showcasing relevant projects.
