This role supports the accounting and month-end close process for multiple U.S. entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include P&L variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset management. The position also assists with inventory monitoring, SOX controls, and the preparation of balance sheet reviews. Additionally, the role ensures proper SAP/HFM tie-outs, maintains SOPs for recurring processes, and provides analyses or backup to Corporate and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role
• English (advanced)
• Significant knowledge Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Significant Controllership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of finance systems (SAP, HFM)
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
• Experience in Big 4 or mid-size tax advisory firm
• Self‑motivated, driving business initiatives
