We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ITSO Production Support.
This role will focus on ITSO (IT Service Owner) responsibilities. This is a key administration role for IT to maintain our critical Fraud systems. The ITSO is responsible for maintaining all governance aspects of internal policies and procedures. The candidate will work with the current ITSO to learn and take on responsibility for 12 Fraud applications and conduct many types of reviews (some listed below):
