Responsabilidades
  • Provide installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software applications for MSA associates.
  • Support Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 11, and Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment.
  • Support iOS devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Mac PCs.
  • Assist with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless Networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 and knowledge of Intune.
  • Offer mobile device support.
  • Manage work using the Jira issue tracking database and utilize it to analyze trends, recommending actions to reduce incoming issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service problems.
  • Recommend and implement necessary changes to improve departmental processes and procedures for better customer service.
  • Manage projects and provide input for the development of global standardizations.
  • Support SAP, VPN, Two-Factor Authentication, software deployment tools, and PC encryption.
