We are seeking a Windows Server Administrator to join our IT team and provide day-to-day support and administration of Windows Server environments across local, regional, and global sites. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency by resolving incidents, implementing improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving technical solutions as well as process standardization.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support and administration of Windows Server across local, regional, and global sites.
• Handle daily server operations, including incident resolution, change requests, and 2nd-level support.
• Analyze and plan solutions for recurring issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Install and configure new systems with backup and high availability options.
• Initiate and follow up on critical vendor technical support cases.
• Document system processes and procedures.
• Maintain, upgrade, and enhance IT systems in local and regional environments.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of global operational procedures.
• Collaborate with application teams and other IT functions on projects and system support requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert in specific areas of Windows Server administration (e.g., Windows Security, Antivirus, Server Backup).
• Lead or drive improvement initiatives within the Windows Server environment.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT experience, ideally in system administration or technical support with exposure to Windows servers.
• Advanced English skills

• Additional (Nice-to-Have)
• Knowledge of system automation, scripting, and programming.
• Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools.
