A major automotive company in Silao, Guanajuato is seeking a Network Operations support professional to ensure continuous availability of network infrastructure in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Candidates need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least one year of IT experience, particularly in LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi operations. The role requires accountability and a problem-solving mindset while working onsite full-time under a rotating schedule.
Supports and operates LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi network infrastructure within a manufacturing site, ensuring continuous availability and operational stability in a 24/7 production environment.
Monitors service delivery and overall health of the IT environment, proactively identifying risks and responding to incidents that may impact safety, production, or cost.
Applies practical experience, technical judgment, and hands‑on execution to troubleshoot network issues, coordinate incident resolution, and support operational changes aligned with plant schedules. Works closely with site IT teams, global IT partners, and external vendors to maintain reliable network services across Assembly, Transmission, and Engine operations.
Demonstrates strong accountability, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills, taking ownership of issues through resolution and closure. Models GM values and behaviors, contributes to a collaborative and results‑oriented culture, and supports continuous improvement in IT operations.
On Site: This position requires you to work on site on a full‑time basis.
