Lead IT Business Analyst with GenAI

12+Months Contract

Key responsibilities

• Product & Stakeholder Leadership: Own the roadmap; groom/prioritize backlog; align with Customer Care KPIs
• Team Lead & Delivery: Run sprint ceremonies; remove blockers; ensure high-quality releases with proper change control.
• Requirements & Process Design: Translate email handling policies, tone guidelines, and SAP business rules into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance: Champion safe LLM usage (PII handling, prompt guardrails, auditability); ensure data access least-privilege; own change/advisory board interactions.

Minimum qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise product/BA/tech lead roles, including 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Azure environments (Functions/Power Automate exposure), SAP process understanding (order status, deliveries, invoices), and SQL/SharePoint workflows.
• Proven ownership of production integrations and incident/problem management with SLAs.
• Strong requirements and backlog management; excellent stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GenAI LLM products (prompt evaluation frameworks, response quality measurement).
• Familiarity with RPA ecosystems (e.g., UiPath or Power Automate Desktop) and email/ticketing systems.
• Experience establishing governance for AI systems (prompt libraries, red-teaming, approval gates).
