A technology solutions company in Reynosa is seeking a Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. The role involves providing VIP support and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including AV systems and industrial scanners. Ideal candidates will have advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with ServiceNow. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving technical issues across various platforms, delivering white-glove service to VIP users.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide VIP support with white-glove service and incident resolution.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory tasks like user lifecycle and MFA.
  • Handle ServiceNow incident and request management activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, macOS, and connected devices.

Adept at resolving complex technical issues, supporting VIP users, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure including AV systems, printers, and industrial scanners.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Manage Azure Active Directory tasks such as user lifecycle, MFA, Conditional Access, and group policies.

Handle daily ServiceNow incident, request, and change management activities following ITIL standards.

Troubleshoot complex system issues across Windows, macOS, and network-connected devices.

Provide basic networking support (IP configuration, Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN connectivity, DNS / DHCP issues).

Perform printer management, including installation, driver updates, print queue troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Support industrial scanners used in manufacturing / warehouse environments.

Deliver VIP support with white‑glove service and rapid incident resolution.

Maintain and troubleshoot AV / meeting room solutions (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, projectors, displays, microphones, cameras).
