A leading multinational company in Mexicali is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee IMMEX program compliance and manage the import/export team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Mexican customs law and a proven track record in compliance management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Formación

• Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 5 years with an Advanced Degree.
• 10 years of experience in maquiladora Customs Law IMMEX Decree.
• Proven experience in annex 24 reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain IMMEX program compliance.
• Develop and manage internal import and export controls.
• Oversee import/export activities and maintain compliance.

Conocimientos

Proficient conversational and written English

Knowledge of Mexican customs law

Leadership skills

Educación

University Degree

Advanced Degree in a related field
