A leading medical technology company seeks a Software Test Engineer in Tijuana, Mexico. The role involves manual and automated testing linked to product development, requiring a strong background in software testing methodologies and programming skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on testing experience and a relevant BS degree. The position supports a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence for at least three days a week.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience in testing is required.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodology, test development, and test execution is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain test database for automated validation test.
• Create and execute test plans, manual and automated test cases.
• Develop and execute test suite for iOS mobile application.
• Collaborate with Development, QA and IT teams.
• Participate in product design reviews.

Conocimientos

Software testing methodology

C, C++, Java, Python, Swift, TestNG

Software test group experience

Source control proficiency (Git, Perforce)

Continuous Build Systems (Jenkins, Bamboo)

Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 14971

Educación

BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
