A leading company in industrial solutions is looking for a Human Resources Supervisor in Naucalpan, Mexico. The role focuses on optimizing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving employee engagement. You will manage recruitment, payroll, training, and performance evaluations while collaborating with the LATAM HR team. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have 5–7 years of HR experience, including supervisory roles. Intermediate English and knowledge of Mexican Labor Law are essential for success.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who will play a key role in driving efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.
This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands‑on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Intermediate English (required).
Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR).
Solid experience in payroll, compensation, recruitment, and talent development.
Comfortable working with HR metrics, data analysis, and Excel (intermediate–advanced).
Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar).
