Objective
Responsible for coordinating the department's operations and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making and conflict management, and monitoring metrics.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring department metrics.
- Monitoring compliance with department operating systems and processes.
- Coordinating with the NAPS legal department to manage labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
- Developing, updating, and aligning HR policies and procedures and their application to other areas.
- Monitoring the training of new department staff.
- Responsible for monitoring the hiring of indirect staff (requests, proposals, offers, DC3, and registration in the system).
- Responsible for updating job descriptions.
- Contract terminations due to violation of the RIT or end of term.
- Monitoring leaders and supervisors for the correct application of RIT and the complaint system.
- Coordinating the activities of the annual motivational events program.
- Executing and monitoring the annual training, coaching, and productivity plan.
- Participating in and preparing for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.
- Ensuring services for staff, such as transportation and cafeteria.
- Responsible for monitoring employee health insurance.
- Liaison and monitoring of the company's union.
- Monitoring and review of service contracts with various suppliers that provide services to the HR department.
- Monitoring and control of immigration permits for foreign personnel visiting the plant.
- Participation and monitoring of projects, career plans, social welfare, and continuous improvement of HR.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Professional career in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Use of TRESS System (preferred).
- Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Available to work 100% on-site.
