A fast-growing global firm is seeking a Human Resource Specialist based in Xico, Veracruz. The role involves supporting HR processes, managing employee records, and ensuring legal compliance across multiple countries. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of HR experience and be proficient in both English and French. Formación

About the position :

As a Human Resource Specialist - Americas, in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the region and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities.

We are looking for someone with multi-country HR knowledge, and experience working in a Shared Services environment throughout the Americas.

What you can expect to do :

  • Support administrative duties related to Benefits, Pension, on behalf of customers & professionals
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves
  • Preparing global HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, resignation letters
  • Support our administrative projects for North America such as WSIB, our upcoming EE0-1 diversity report, our "ad-hoc" administrative projects / requests / tasks as well, etc
  • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for the professionals
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date
  • Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance
  • Communicate and liaise with GP partners / vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, pension providers

What we are looking for :

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar HR positions
  • Proven work experience in an HR Shared Service Center is a must
  • Languages
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Advanced level of both written and verbal French
  • US and Canada general knowledge of labor legislation
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Resourceful, analytical, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work remotely, in a multi-cultural team
