Una empresa de bebidas en Monterrey busca un Planning Lead responsable de la planificación de operaciones para la región de las Américas, incluyendo planificación de demanda y producción. El candidato ideal debe tener un título universitario y 4-5 años de experiencia en áreas de Supply Chain. Se requiere un nivel excelente de inglés y habilidades analíticas sólidas. Se ofrece un contrato permanente en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.

Sub Function: Supply Chain - Customer, Logistics and Distribution

Type of Contract: Permanent

As Planning Lead you will be responsible for the E2E Planning processes for the OpCos in Americas Region, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Imports & Replenishment Planning.

Responsibilities

• Responsible of E2E Supply Chain Operational (Short-Term) & Tactical (Mid & Long-Term) Planning Processes for OpCos in Americas Region.
• Participate as a key contributor and stakeholder in OpCo S&OP Cycle and work in close collaboration with local S&OP Manager as main source of Insights/data/information for all Demand &Supply discussion.
• Ensure and monitor that the defined Planning Governance Framework and Ways of Working between Regional HUB and local Planning team are embedded within the OpCos org. & processes.
• Close day-to-day collaboration with OpCo Planning team to ensure execution according to plan and follow-up on Demand & Supply KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree.
• 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain areas: Demand & Supply Planning, Replenishment & Inventory Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Excellent written and conversational English.
• Very self-driven with a high problem-solving mindset. Proactiveness is critical. High learning agility and curiosity.
• Excellent analytical skills, as well as use/interpretation of figures and data. Good business sense.
