A leading company in manufacturing in Querétaro is seeking an experienced professional for HSE Management. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, implementing health and environmental management systems, and providing training. The ideal candidate should have a background in Environmental Technician or Industrial Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of ISO standards is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in a similar position related to automotive.
• Competence in environmental compliance and health management.
• Skills in evaluating HSE training needs and courses.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee legal compliance/requirements and maintain contact with external, corporate dependencies in matters of health, safety and environment. (Freudenberg/Vibracoustic).
• Implement, maintain and improve the system of Health Management, Safety and Environmental.
• Promote health, safety and environmental in the plant.
• Coordinates the development of the HSE Management revision per its requirements.
• Report the main indicators of the area.
• Participates and coordinates compliance of the training to staff on topics related to health, safety, environment and answer to emergency´s, in conjunction with Human Resources.
• Evaluating and recommending external training courses for the development of HSE skills and HSE knowledge.
• Administration control parameters Plant Wastewater Treatment and take immediate action in case of deviation with support of Maintenance.
• Participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, unsafe conditions and HRP (high risk potential) and environment issues with the different areas involved and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of the measures.

Qualifications

• Environmental Technician, Industrial Engineering / Environmental or related fields.
• 3 years experience in position similar, referent to automotive.
• Legal requirements and procedures for legal compliance.
• ISO 14001.
• ISO 45001.
• ISO 50001.
