This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle processes and supporting HR policies while providing assistance to employees and managers. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR support, be fluent in English, and have analytical skills. Formación

  • Experience working in HR Support or HR Administration Shared Services.
  • Experience managing processes related to employee lifecycles (hire-to-retire).
  • Full proficiency in English.

We are looking for a highly motivated person, with an eye to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute in HR processes continuity, improvement and automation.

HR Shared Services Representative with fluent written and spoken English will join our new HR Shared Services Center Team in Mexico City to support HR policies and processes serving as first line of support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners with HR related inquiries.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Manage full process related to employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) in the region.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees on the HR system including any changes to employment terms & advising the relevant departments.
  • Create/update process guides on a regular basis.
  • Create standard & ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Support standardization and automation projects on HR processes across different countries.
  • Initiate and implement process changes and automations across HR processes.
  • Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience working in HR Support or HR Administration Shared Services.
  • Experience managing processes related to employee lifecycles (hire-to-retire).
  • Full proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR Shared Services experience supporting North America and Latin America.
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization.
  • Experience in Knowledge Centered Service.
