Una empresa líder en el sector energético busca un HR Process Lead para su oficina en Querétaro. Este rol híbrido se centra en crear una cultura centrada en las personas, ofreciendo apoyo operativo y estratégico en recursos humanos. Se requiere experiencia en el manejo de equipos y la capacidad de influir en otros. Buscamos un profesional con un título relevante y al menos 5 años de experiencia en HR, que hable español e inglés con fluidez.

Formación

  • 5-7 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
  • Conocimiento de políticas y prácticas de recursos humanos.

Responsabilidades

  • Asesorar a líderes y partes interesadas en soluciones de HR.
  • Proveer soporte operativo de HR, incluyendo desarrollo organizacional.
  • Identificar y promover mejoras en procesos dentro de HR.

Conocimientos

Fluidez en inglés y español
Experiencia en operaciones de recursos humanos

Role Summary:
The HR Process lead, Customer Care will help to build a people-first culture that delivers business results. Provides expert HR leadership and consultation to both management and employees. Responsible for delivery and execution of strategy, programs, and policies, as well as providing day-to-day HR support within a Flowserve business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with and advise assigned leaders and key stakeholders by applying HR solutions to solve HR problems.

  • Serve as the HR Process Lead, Customer Care to improve HR operation.

  • Provide operational HR support, including organizational development, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, development, coaching, employee engagement, and success planning activities.

  • Partner with HR COEs to identify operational improvements, efficiencies and follow policies and regulations in HR daily baisis.

  • Support managers and associates in HR process and procedures.

  • Support and participate in the design of Continuous Improvements and Project Management programs as needed

  • Partner with all levels across HR organization and leadership to implement concepts and drive impact of strategic initiatives

  • Identify and drive process improvements within HR operations areas of service

  • Support knowledge base of HR content (customer facing and back-office)

  • Manage global mobility and immigration cases as needed

  • Engage with vendors to support mobility or immigration experience

  • Partner with Technology for HR Portal performance and effectiveness

  • Support CI and Project Management programs as needed

  • knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor requirements, labor law.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility.

  • Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.

  • Contribute to a “people first” culture and inspire leaders to operate with an enterprise mindset.

Skills:

  • Ability to leverage HR data to support HR operation partnering conversations.
  • English and Spanish speaker (fluent) Portugues is a plus
  • Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
  • Experience in Workday or any other ERP for Human Resources
  • Experience working with ticketing system
  • You must have skills with HR Operations
  • Ability to influence others on proposed courses of action, be firm but be diplomatic at the same time.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience

This is a hybrid role:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Empresalia offices 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm
  • Monday and Friday home office
