The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in HR process design, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Key responsibilities include mapping current HR workflows, developing change management strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience. Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR process design or organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery models.
  • Demonstrated experience developing change management plans.
