A global health organization is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Mexico. This role involves managing employee records, advising on HR policies, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Candidates should have over three years of experience in HR, strong knowledge of employment law, and fluency in English. This position offers the opportunity to support both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make an impact during a time of transformation? We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
•Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a regulated environment
•Strong knowledge ofemployment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
•Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•Fluency in English
