The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and possess knowledge of Mexican Labor Law. Responsibilities include HR data analyses, advising managers on employee relations, and executing HR processes for talent acquisition. Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.
• Experience or high capability in data processing and reporting.
