We are hiring Bilingual HR Generalist for our Querétaro location. This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company adheres to Mexican Labor Law and IMSS regulations , as well as managing payroll data, HR reports, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and professional team player with a strong grasp of labor law and the ability to partner with management to drive company culture and initiatives.

This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands‑on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR).
Solid experience in payroll, compensation, recruitment, and talent development.
Comfortable working with HR metrics, data analysis, and Excel (intermediate–advanced).
Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar).
