A leading company in benefits management is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Querétaro, Mexico. This position demands delivering exceptional customer service, guiding employees through benefit options, and documenting inquiries efficiently. Candidates should have a high school degree and 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in health and welfare benefits. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced team to resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
As a Benefits Specialist, you will deliver outstanding customer service to a broad range of employee and retiree groups delivering support in the key areas of: health and welfare, retirement, life insurance, disability and other benefits. You work in a fast-paced team call center environment and use email, case system and telephonic communications to resolve issues and inquiries with sensitivity, compassion and discretion!
