A leading luxury brand is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Mexico City. This role involves defining and driving the marketing and communication strategy for Charlotte Tilbury, focusing on media, influencer marketing, and product management. The ideal candidate has over 9 years of experience in luxury branding within the cosmetics sector, excellent strategic thinking abilities, and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of English is required, and additional languages are advantageous.

Formación

  • +9 years of experience in Digital, PR and Product Management within prestige brands.
  • Proven track record in navigating multinational corporate environments.
  • Experience in media management and digital marketing in the cosmetics industry.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from data.
  • Conversational English skills required; additional languages are a plus.

The Opportunity

This role is pivotal in defining and driving the overall marketing and communication strategy for Charlotte Tilbury in Mexico through impactful actions in media, influencer marketing, PR and product management to accomplish objectives set in terms of awareness, net revenues and market share.

What you´ll get to do
  • Define and propose Marketing plans following the standards of excellence established by the Charlotte Tilbury: Media & Communication (PR & Influencer Marketing), Digital and Product managerment actions to continue boosting the brand.
  • Lead and track effective strategies of Communication, Digital and Media, defining the priorities and appropiate channels to achieve the Company´s KPIs. Ensure Company KPI´s are measured.
  • Plan and negotiate the pricing strategy, distribution, promotion, point of sales and investments of the brands to assure the achievement of the objectives and profitability expected.
  • Brand development strategy and retail consumer events.
  • Results reporting for Global Marketing Department.
  • Coordination and collaboration with Commercial, Sell-out, Visual Merchandising and Operations departments to ensure local objectives accomplishment.
We´d love to meet you if you have
  • +9 years of experience in Digital, PR and Product Management areas in prestige/luxury/premium/niche Brands within industries in Fragrances/ Cosmetics/ Luxury Categories, with demonstrated career progression and leadership.
  • Experience in a structured multinational company, with proven experience in navigating an internal matrix of Global and Regional stakeholders.
  • Digital driven marketing expert in media management, digital marketing and communication, marketing strategic planning & consumer insight, brand development and retail consumer events, in the fragrances and cosmetics universes.
  • Strategic thinking and pragmatic leader with exceptional analytical skills and an ability to generate actionable insight from complex data.
  • English conversational skills is a must.Other languages will be considered a plus.
