Candidates should have 6–10+ years in Java and 3–5+ years in Guidewire-related projects. Formación

• 6–10+ years in Java; 3–5+ years in insurance/Guidewire-related projects.
• Technical leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of microservices and integration patterns with Guidewire.
• Implement advanced features, performance optimizations, and resiliency.
• Define coding standards, review PRs, and guide refactoring and testing strategy.
• Partner with architects, product owners, and client SMEs.
• Coach team on GOSU, Guidewire data model, messaging, and plugins.
• Drive observability, reliability, and compliance.

Expert-level Java/Spring ecosystem
