A leading cargo solutions provider in Mexico is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager & Web Administrator to optimize the marketing funnel and manage digital platforms. This role involves designing multi-channel campaigns, integrating HubSpot with Salesforce, and ensuring web performance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of digital marketing experience, strong HubSpot skills, and a data-driven mindset, along with fluency in English and preferably Spanish. Relocation assistance to Guadalajara is available.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations.
• Strong experience with HubSpot is required.
• Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Lead integration efforts between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Own optimization of the marketing and sales funnel.
• Manage and optimize web platforms for reliability and lead performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Product teams.
