Overview
We\'re a fast-growing startup looking for a hardcore Growth Marketer with deep RevOps expertise. This role is for someone who lives and breathes Clay + HubSpot automations, and who knows how to scale outbound at enterprise volume. Please DO NOT apply if:
- You do not have hands-on Clay experience (1+ year required)
- You do not have 3+ years HubSpot automation experience
- You have never personally managed outbound infrastructures sending 1M+ cold emails per month
- Your English is not perfect (written + spoken)
What You\'ll Do
- Own and optimize HubSpot automations (3+ years proven work)
- Build and scale Clay infrastructures (we want to see your setups)
- Run outbound prospecting via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Salesforge (goal = 1M+ cold emails sent per month)
- Architect and manage outbound email infrastructure (deliverability, warmup, domains, inboxes)
- Design and execute digital marketing automations across channels
- Drive measurable RevOps growth directly tied to revenue
What We\'re Looking For
- HubSpot expert: 3+ years of workflow + automation mastery
- Clay power user: at least 1+ year of proven experience
- Salesforge outbound experience (scaling cold email at volume)
- Outbound ops expertise: managing 1M+ cold emails/month, infrastructure + deliverability know-how
- RevOps + growth marketing mindset (you think in systems, pipelines, and revenue)
- Perfect English (non-negotiable)
- Based in LATAM (time zone aligned)
- Monday–Friday, contractor role, fully accountable
Compensation
- Real competitive pay: $4,000–$7,000+ USD/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Plus commissions
- Contractor agreement
