Formación

• Typically 8+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
• 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Advanced understanding of business operations and strategy.

• Accountable for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines.
• Manages a team of exempt individual contributors.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Consults with business leaders for strategic decision-making.
