A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Global Health & ESG Sr Manager to lead access strategies for underserved communities in Mexico. This role focuses on building impactful programs, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing healthcare equity. Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in healthcare access, business administration, and fluency in Spanish and English. This position is based in Mexico City, with a focus on collaboration and community impact.

Formación

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of integrated access strategies for underserved populations across Mexico.
  • Build business cases aligning health equity initiatives with commercial and ESG priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, ROI, and sustainability of access programs.
  • Design and manage programs combining products with value-added components.
  • Define and track KPIs including patient outcomes, reach, and social return on investment.
  • Establish strategic alliances with health authorities, NGOs, and academic institutions.
  • Represent Novartis Mexico in key partnerships and health equity events.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare access, health systems, or business administration roles.
  • Proven success in building and executing business cases for impact-driven programs.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or development sectors, ideally in emerging markets.
  • Strong understanding of Mexico’s healthcare system and access challenges.
  • Fieldwork experience in underserved communities across Mexico is a strong advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience engaging with ESG frameworks and sustainability initiatives in healthcare.
  • Advanced degree in public health, health economics, or related field.
