We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Human Resources Generalist located in Juarez, Mexico.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

The Generalist role is responsible for delivering full‑cycle, best‑in‑class HR service to our Juarez, Bermudez manufacturing site. Working with a team of experienced HR team members, and an on‑site HB Business Partner, this role will be essential to help ensure appropriate communications, coaching, event organization and coordinating and interpreting company policies. One of the most important, valuable aspects of this role will be to inspire our employees to do their best work every day through different tools and communication strategies. The position requires strong communication hands‑on skills, along with a passion for operations excellence to be successful. This position will work with teams to implement all‑important initiatives that drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications.

What to Expect
  • Handle labor conflicts in the company to prevent collective and individual conflicts.
  • Review, maintain and monitor compensation tabulators authorized by the organization.
  • Support in the process of movements before the IMSS.
  • Support in maintenance tasks of the HR system designated by the company.
  • Application of the RIT and Work Contract, according to LFT, IMSS and STPS guidelines.
  • Coordinates events, services, sports, and any other activity sought at encouraging employee belonging and motivation.
  • Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of department metrics and statistics.
  • Collaborate with activities related to the hiring of personnel.
  • Participate as a mentor.
  • Participate in the teams that are required for the continuous improvement of our own objectives and those of the company.
  • Responsible for providing support to the department in relation to communication.
  • Other tasks related to Human Resources assigned by the HR Management, HR Supervisor.
  • Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of Organizational Development Program in the Company.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related curriculum.
  • Bilingual English‑Spanish 80%.
  • 5 years of experience in Human resources function within a manufacturing environment.
Org Development / Compensation & Benefits experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
