General Manager
Monterrey, Mexico
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the facility, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This person will also be responsible for having in‑depth knowledge and understanding of the Mexico market and competitive products. Their primary focus will be optimizing sales processes, accelerating team chemistry, and driving market share gains via execution of the value proposition. As a strategic leader, they will be measured on achieving financial objectives, implementing best practices, sales growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position will report to the President of Conair, and will be in Monterrey, Mexico.
