Description

This is an opportunity for an individual to join the Third-Party Oversight team, which is part of Global Investment Operations, a group dedicated to supporting and servicing the needs of our investments business and its clients. The role centers on overseeing key service provider relationships across both WTW’s internal funds business and delegated client base, while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers. Success in this position requires a team-oriented individual who is highly detail focused and comfortable working with numbers.

The Role
  • Following set procedures andmaintainingcontrols (risk management).
  • Ability tooperateefficiently and accurately with tighttimelines.
  • Build strong relationships internallybased on mutual respect, integrity and teamworkand collaborate effectively on cross-functionalteams.
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing withtrustees/managers/colleagues at alllevels.
  • Maintain accuracy ofinvestmentsdatato meet or exceedexpectations.
  • Increase efficiency withintheteam byidentifyingways to improveprocesses.
Qualifications
  • Minimum1-2years’ professional experience, preferablyin investment management/custodian back-office operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Problem solving skills; and a desire to work in a risk-managed and controls-basedenvironment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure that information and knowledge is sharedappropriately.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload effectively, anddemonstrateeffective time. management skills, such as multi-taskingand prioritizingworkflow.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications, especiallyMicrosoft Excel.
  • Bilingual Englishrequired.
  • Knowledge in Private Equity y Hedge Funds (desirable).
  • Experience in fund valuation, regulatory reporting, P&L and NAV check processes.
