A dynamic sales organization is looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Representative to drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of B2B sales experience, be fluent in English, and possess expertise in cold outreach. This fully remote role offers competitive compensation and the chance to shape the sales process from the ground up.

Formación

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS, services, or agency sales.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with cold outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
  • Comfortable leading sales calls and closing deals.
  • Organized, autonomous, and takes full ownership of the pipeline.
  • Excited about joining a fast-growing company.

What You'll Own

As our Full-Cycle Sales Representative, youll lead the entire sales process from start to finish:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold email.

  • Outreach: Run personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold calling campaigns to engage leads.

  • Sales Calls & Demos: Lead discovery calls, communicate value clearly, and tailor pitches to client needs.

  • Closing: Drive deals to close, handle objections, and negotiate contracts.

  • CRM Management: Keep leads organized and updated in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).

  • Pipeline Reporting: Track your activity, report results weekly, and continuously improve.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 4+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, services, or agency sales)

  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
