Front End Tech Lead

We are looking to hire a qualified Front End Tech Lead to build next-generation Recruiter Management Systems that will contribute to our fast-paced growth. Responsabilidades
- Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new feature requests together with product team
- Review pull requests to ensure high quality and maintainable solutions
- Coach the front-end team and elevate their technical skills
- Implement new features and build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs that match designs.
- Evaluate and integrate third‑party APIs and SDKs
- Write unit and integration tests and make sure other team members do the same.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Follow up on new evolutions of technology and take initiative to keep the stack up to date
- As part of an agile development team, participate in the sprint planning meetings, daily stand ups and follow the agile development process
- Establish standards for code and systems
- Ability to understand user's requirements and translate them into meaningful software solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of experience building applications with React, Next.js, and related ecosystem
- Extensive knowledge in vanilla JavaScript, ECMAScript >+ and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (Sass, Less), JSX
- Strong software engineering foundation
- Functional programming
- Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
- Experience in micro‑frontend architecture
- Experience configuring and implementing static analysis tools, like SonarQube, eslint, etc.
- Good grasp of software architecture and scalability
- Experience with automated and unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, etc.)
- End‑to‑end testing experience
- Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with common software engineering practices such as OO‑development, design patterns, unit testing, secure coding practices (OWASP), writing clean and neat code and documentation
- Strong English communication skills
Se ofrece
- Salario mensual bruto: $96K - $107K (de acuerdo a experiencia y aptitudes) 100% nómina
- Aguinaldo: 30 días anuales
- Bono de desempeño (basado en resultados)
- Vacaciones: 10 días a partir de 4 meses de antigüedad
- 1 viernes libre al mes que corresponde a 12 días adicionales de descanso al año
