A luxury hospitality company is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Training at their Punta Mita location. The 12-month rotational program offers operational training, valuable management experiences, and a chance to develop leadership skills within the hospitality industry. Candidates must be of Mexican nationality, possess strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and demonstrate a passion to grow within the Four Seasons brand.

Formación

  • Must be of Mexican Nationality.
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Passion to grow and develop within the industry and Four Seasons brand.

Responsabilidades

  • Participate in operational exposure and training.
  • Engage in valuable management experiences.
  • Complete project work within the program.

Conocimientos

Leadership experience
Strong communication skills (Spanish & English)
Ability to work in hospitality
Flexibility to relocate to Punta Mita

  • Must be of Mexican Nationality.
  • Upcoming or up to 2 years graduate from a Hospitality Management post-secondary program an asset. (However, graduates from all disciplines will be considered).
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership experience through work, extra curriculars and/or studies.
  • Passion to grow and develop within the industry and Four Seasons brand.
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish & English), and additional spoken languages considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to move to Punta Mita.
