A growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in Mexico. This role involves managing the investment pipeline, underwriting opportunities, and preparing investment materials. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields and 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or commercial real estate. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, along with strong financial modeling skills. This is a full-time remote position offering significant growth potential.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be an integral member of our investment team, actively involved in all phases of the acquisition, development, and capital raising processes.

Job Requirements
  • Maintain and actively manage the company's investment pipeline, including sourcing support, deal tracking, and data organization
  • Underwrite a wide range of opportunities including income‑producing, value‑add, and ground‑up development projects using dynamic financial models
  • Assist in preparing internal and external investment materials, including memoranda for equity and debt partners
  • Execute transactions by supporting due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with legal and accounting
  • Draft presentation materials for capital markets transactions and strategic partner communications
  • Perform detailed credit and financial analysis on multifamily, commercial, and mixed‑use assets
  • Conduct submarket research and macro‑level market analysis across asset classes to support underwriting and investment decisions
  • Analyze borrower financials, appraisals, rent rolls, and third‑party reports to assess risk and viability
  • Collaborate on structuring and evaluating debt and equity capital stacks aligned with investor / lender expectations
  • Help manage pre‑development workflows including entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and consultants
  • Work closely with development and finance teams to ensure alignment of project goals, risks, and timelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, templates, and data tracking tools
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, commercial real estate, underwriting, or related investment roles
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel required)
  • Strong desktop computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, AI, and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
