A global technology and engineering company in Saltillo is seeking a professional to develop and enhance OneStream reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT, along with 3-5 years of business experience, including minimum 2 years' experience with Oracle's HFM platform or OneStream XF. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic role. Opportunities for international travel may be included.

Job Details

This position is part of the OneStream COE within Corporate Finance IT.

Under direction from the Sr Mgr, IT Business Lead, FP&A, this position will develop and enhance OneStream reports, dashboards, and other reporting tools to meet the consolidation and financial reporting needs of our operating business units and corporate departments around the world.

Primary Duties

• Responsible for the implementation and support of critical enterprise OneStream reports.
• Actively collaborates with FP&A Reporting team in OneStream COE to understand reporting requirements and implement reports and dashboards in OneStream environment.
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
• Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are established and followed.
• Create and maintain robust documentation for business requirements, best practices, and build principles.
• Research and identify opportunities to continuously improve dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Communicate design proposals and best practices to functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Actively collaborates with Solution Architects within the OneStream COE to drive innovative solution concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT preferred
• Overall 3-5 years of business experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Oracle's HFM platform or OneStream XF
• Expert knowledge of finance business processes and reporting analytics
• Strong VB.net or Visual Basic experience and knowledge to support systematic calculations
• Proficient in Microsoft office products
• Very strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with corporate tax filings and FAS 109 provisioning a plus
• Familiarity with foreign currency translation (FAS 52) a plus
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements a plus
• Familiarity with IFRS a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 15% of time (both domestic and internationally to Milwaukee).
