Formación

We are looking for Executive Information Specialist

Requirements
  • Bachelor in any of the following: Graphic design / communication / marketing / multimedia arts
  • Business Analytics/Project Management/Communications/Information Technology background Up to 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis, or Project Coordination.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be comfortable interacting with mid- to senior-level management.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage time effectively, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
  • Create compelling presentations in collaboration with top executives for the C-level management audience.
  • Must act as a presentation expert/guru who offers key executives’ consultancy-type service when developing presentations for meetings and business updates.
  • Transform and summarize high-complexity content into high-quality visuals and/or infographics.
  • Strong ability to communicate concepts to peers, and mid/senior-level management.
  • Understand IT related terminology and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams with an ownership attitude.
