The Team

We’re a group of dog-loving and game-playing people who place a high priority on competence and efficiency, but an even higher stock in personable and positive individuals that mesh with our culture and are willing to grow with us. As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team and the broader Go-To-Market team. This is not a typical admin role — it’s a high-impact opportunity to partner directly with the SVP Revenue and other executives of a fast-growing SaaS company that’s redefining how restaurants manage their people and operations.

You’ll be the connective tissue across the revenue organization, helping executives stay focused on high-priority initiatives, ensuring flawless execution, and driving follow-through across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and implementation. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, takes pride in being two steps ahead, and loves turning complexity into clarity — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.

  • Handle travel planning, expense reporting, and logistics for internal and external events.

  • Maintain inbox — draft responses, prioritize messages, and manage correspondence.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items through completion.

  • Support coordination of company-wide GTM events (offsites, all-hands, leadership meetings).

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Act as an operational right-hand — helping track OKRs, initiatives, and department priorities.

  • Follow up with GTM leaders on deliverables and hold teams accountable to deadlines.

  • Support preparation of board decks, revenue updates, and strategic presentations.

  • Updating and tacking budget reporting across the GTM organization

  • Assist in organizing recruiting processes for GTM hires and maintaining hiring dashboards.

  • Create and maintain dashboards or reports in Salesforce and Google Sheets to track KPIs.

  • Support internal communications and alignment across Sales, Marketing, CSM, Partnerships, and Implementation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP Revenue — learning their preferences, anticipating needs, and making decisions once fully aligned.

Office Management

  • Work with our MX team and ensure the office is running smoothly. This includes coordinating with vendors (internet, etc.), and our building manager

  • Manage parking sports for Pushies

  • Coordinating with IT manager on team equipment, manage purchases from suppliers (desks, chairs, computers) and accepting delivery parcels.
